All our cams are brand new cast blanks and no return core is required.
TAPPETS: We recommend only COLT CAMS CUSTOM 1.4 diameter lifters. set.
RETAINER: All our cams are drilled and tapped to accept our custom retainer to keep the gear from walking off. This is not required but highly recommended.
VALVE LASH: All grinds INT .010” EXH: .020” COLD
**NOTE!!!!! When we say our camshaft is a straight drop in, we mean: In almost all cases.
However, due to many contributing variances in an engine: heads planed, block decked, valve recession etc... any cam including stock, should always be checked for clearance before start up!
