If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition it was shipped, picked up or delivered. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You must request a return authorization.

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any fuel injectors, fuel injection pumps or any related fuel system components including but not limited to rails, sensors, lines, lift pumps etc... This is due to the risk of fuel system contamination from any of our suppliers. That said, we will do our utmost to provide the best possible support to ensure customer satisfaction. We are also not responsible for any damage due to improper install or use of said products.

There is a minimum 3% processing fee on any and all orders placed online & cancelled or returned once processed if paid by Credit Card.

Dealers that have their orders processed manually via email or phone will be subject to a 3% non-refundable credit card fee deduction if the order in cancelled or returned after the daily bank batch process fee at 3PM MNT.

All EMT cancelations or returns are subject to a $5 transaction fee for processing.

There is a 10% restocking fee on any and all regularly stocked parts to cover re-stocking, packaging and time.

There is a 20% restocking fee on any and all non-stocking special orders to cover re-stocking, packaging, return to manufacturer shipping & time.

High ticket items such as (but not limited to) transmissions, cylinder heads, injection pumps, injectors, turbos and so on that are custom ordered are non refundable. Exceptions may be made entirely at our discretion.

There are no refunds on any mechanical moving parts such as (but not limited to) clutches, turbos, pumps, injectors, cylinder heads, valve bodies, engines, transmissions, etc.

Core Returns:

All core returns must be shipped back to the manufacturer direct at customers expense or via pre-paid core returns for limited products. Any and all cores shipped back to Hell On Wheels Performance Ltd. will be shipped back to the rightful manufacturer and any shipping charges will be deducted from the core return credit.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you (as long as email and/or phone number have been provided) that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This also applies to core charges.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Same applies to shipping on cores, you will be notified at the time of purchase if cores are to be shipped back to Hell On Wheels Performance Ltd, a wholesale or distribution center or the manufacturer direct.
