Pusher Intake System for F250/350 6.4L Powerstroke turbo diesel engines in 2008-2010 Ford Superduty trucks. To help 6.4L owners improve performance throughout the power curve, Pusher has designed an unobstructed 3” post intercooler intake system. This new system is comprised of a smooth flowing intake manifold and passenger side intercooler tube.

  • This complete kit is fully mandrel bent, CNC machined, and TIG welded in the USA.
  • The kit has been flow bench proven to increase airflow 42% over the factory components it replaces.
  • The Pusher 6.4L kit is available with multiple port configurations and in a variety of powder coat colors, purposed to keep the Pusher system looking exceptional through years of use.
  • The Pusher Intake System is a direct replacement to the factory intake manifold and passenger side intercooler tube and comes complete with all of the necessary hardware for a complete install.
  • The Pusher Intake System for the 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke trucks start with an unobstructed passenger side charge tube that mates with the smooth flowing Pusher intake manifold.
  • This kit provides a 42% increased in flow over the factory system.

Intake Manifold - This performance intake manifold offers a huge air flow gain over the stock manifold due to the Pusher manifold maintaining a smooth and constant cross section. The manifold comes standard with two 1/8" NPT ports, a CNC machined o-ring groove on the bottom of the flange, and uses factory Ford hardware. Results include quicker turbo spool, lower EGT's, and less over all strain on your motor. This manifold is NOT EGR compatible, you must delete your EGR prior to using this manifold.

Passenger Side Charge Tube - The Pusher charge tube is built from 3" mandrel bent .065" wall tubing to maintain a constant cross section and vastly improve the flow path and volume over the stock crushed charge tube. It also utilizes external beads in place of the inadequate and restrictive internal bead design on the factory charge tube. The kit also includes heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, a factory Ford o-ring gasket and factory Ford hardware to make installing this intake system extremely easy. You will need to delete all of your factory emissions equipment as the intake manifold does not have provisions to use any of it. This kit is for off road use only.
